Return & Refund Policy

At Hyper Activity, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items, limited edition drops, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@hyperactivity.pro with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for your return

We will reply with instructions and the return address.

Note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design:

  • Email us with your order number and exchange request.

  • Exchanges are processed based on available stock.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
