  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-demand drops, holidays, or promotions, processing time may be slightly longer.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.


2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to stay updated.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after your package has shipped.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
